Carole Jean Jordan Endorses Adam Hasner For U.S. Senate
Boca Raton, FL - Today the Adam Hasner for U.S. Senate campaign announced the endorsement of former Republican Party of Florida Chairman and longtime Republican activist Carole Jean Jordan.
"I am extremely proud to announce my endorsement of Adam Hasner for United States Senate. He is the only candidate in this race Floridians can trust to faithfully represent their core values on a daily basis," said Carole Jean Jordan. "While others in this race once sought to undermine the defining principles of our Party for personal gain, Adam has always been loyal and steadfast in defending and promoting our bedrock values. I have no doubt that when elected to the U.S. Senate, he will continue his dedicated fight and be a strong voice against the policies of President Obama and Senator Nelson which have weakened our state and our country."
"Carole Jean's service to both Florida and the Republican Party is exemplary and I am beyond honored to have her support," said Adam Hasner. "Building a strong grassroots infrastructure is the backbone of our campaign and having Carole Jean's leadership and years of experience is a tremendous addition to our efforts. All of my campaigns have been won through the hard work and dedication of everyday Floridians willing to sacrifice their time and energy and this race is no different. I greatly look forward to working with Carole Jean as we continue to build the team able to defeat Senator Nelson."
Today's announcement follows endorsements by former Florida House Speakers Allan Bense and Larry Cretul, House Majority Leader Carlos Lopez-Cantera, State Senators Alan Hays and Anitere Flores, State Representatives Dennis Baxley and Scott Plakon, FreedomWorks, Colin Hanna, Sally Bradshaw, Kathleen Shanahan, Concerned Women for America, American Future Fund, Mark Levin, Erick Erickson, Monica Crowley, Ken Blackwell, and Joyce Kaufman.
About Carole Jean Jordan: Carole Jean Jordan, a West Virginian by birth, moved to Florida in the early sixties. She worked in the aviation industry until moving to Vero Beach with her family to become a small businesswoman and begin a lifetime of devotion to the Republican Party at the local, state, and national level. Carole Jean was elected in 2003 and re-elected in 2005 as Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida. She served as the Republican National Committeewoman for Florida to the RNC from 1994 through 2003 and was her fellow committee members' choice to serve on the RNC's Rules Committee. In 2005, President George Bush appointed Carole Jean to the President's Commission on White House Fellowships. During her 2005-2006 term of office, Chairman Jordan was asked by RNC Chairman Ken Mehlman to serve as Chairman of the Chairmen, representing all State Party chairs on the RNC Executive Committee. Carole Jean currently serves as the Indian River County Tax Collector and resides in Vero Beach with her husband Bill.

I find it interesting that, once again, a prominent Florida Republican has chosen not just to endorse Adam Hasner, but also to target George LeMieux at the same time. (See endorsement statements from Sally Bradshaw and Allen Bense.)

There is no other way to interpret this statement other than a criticism of LeMieux; he is the only other candidate in the race who has ever had a role with RPOF:
While others in this race once sought to undermine the defining principles of our Party for personal gain, Adam has always been loyal and steadfast in defending and promoting our bedrock values.
