As Sen. Ted Cruz remained seated and entirely unimpressed with President Obama’s words on immigration reform, a slobbering John McCain jumped to his feet for what Twitchy CEO Michelle Malkin dubbed the “Shamnesty Shake.” We can’t stop watching!
